Yesterday, 28th September 2016 marked an achievement in the buildings life span. 

It became the worlds tallest structure in the  Northern Hemispheres to achieve the LEED Platinum certification.  

It incorporates some of the great steps to achieve this such as using 40 % post industrial materials, storing all the buildings runoff maximising the water efficiency and also 90% of building being exposed to natural light reducing the energy consumption.

It is a great motivation for others to in imbibe sustainability in construction making thw world a better , greener and healthier place to live.
